The only amplifier that reflects the acoustic sound of my accordion how I'm hearing it while playing.


I have never been one to talk and explain things, but rather reflect upon my life and watch myself live; to listen to my footsteps, savoring each moment, each fragment, and each second. Everything runs through me. Music is my alphabet.

At a very young age he starts to study,in the classic music style, the chromatic accordeon at the Brescia State Conservatory in Italy, later researching and further developing all sort of themes relating to Jazz Improvisation relating to his instrument. At the moment is considered, nationally and internationally, to be one of the top players of the accordion. During a music seminar "Siena Jazz 94" he comes under the scrutiny of Enrico Rava who invites him to join a group of other young bright musicians attending the seminar for a Jazz Workshop. In 1977 he starts his professional career working with some Italian ensembles such as Simone Guiducci's Gramelot, Bombardieri Quartet, Nuevo Tango, Otello Savoia Quartet. More recently he has worked with some of the best Italian Jazz Musicians namely Enrico Rava, Sandro Gibellini, Giorgio Mirabassi, Enzo Pietropaoli, Paolo Fresu, Mario Negri, Mariapia de Vito, but also with Kenny Wheeler, Ralph Alessi and Don Byron. In 1999 , with Gianluigi Trovesi nine piece ensemble he recorded various Light Music CDs. In 2002 he collaborates with the famous and internationally known Argentinian guitar player Lito Epumer in the production of a CD. He has recorded two CDs with the group Ammentos with Peo Alfonsi and Salvatore Maiore. He performs regularly with the Sardinian singer Franca Masu with whom he has recorded three albums: Aquamare, Hoy Como Ayer and Almablava. He has also collaborated with the Cuban pianist Gonzalo Rubalcaba and Enrico Rava in a music project called L'Opera Va”. In 2016 in collaboration with Carlos El Tero” Buschini, bassguitar, and Roberto Taufic,guitar, as a result of two new music projects, a soon to be released CD is produced. He has also playied with Andrea Dulbecco at the marimba, and Riccardo Fioravanti at double bass. He performs all over the world and since 2007 he has accompanied the great guitar player Al di Meola in his world tour. His first solo CD for accordeon was released in 2013 and is called "My Time".
