After the success of their previous two EP’s and amassing a large audience across the UK with two successful tours, the punk rock band from Merseyside will return with their highly anticipated debut album “Cold Street Lights”. Taking influence from a pool of genres Silver Story’s music has taken on a sound which is organic yet nostalgic of early 00’s punk.

Silver Story’s frontman and vocalist Alex McCabe recently said that the band have written a new “adrenaline fuelled” song. The track Bleed will feature as the lead single on the new album and the video is available now on Youtube. The video for the bands first release “My Empire” has amassed over 22,000 views reinforcing the demand for this young, up and coming band.

He added that “Bleed” is mainly about being bored with the uniformity of life and seeking out confrontation and danger to cure the boredom. The album which was recently recorded in London, is a leap from the bands last EP and has already received critical acclaim for its high energy hooks and catchy lyrics. The recording “Cold Street Lights” sees an impressive array of producers, including Matt O’Grady who has worked with the likes of You Mat At Six, Deaf Havanna and Don Broco.

Silver Story’s live shows have left audiences captivated and impossibly intrigued by Britain’s punk rock band and a lot of the inspiration from what they do, stems from some the of the greatest rock artists of the all time, including Nirvana, Blink 182 and A Day To Remember.
