Mike Scott wurde in Washington D.C. geboren und wuchs dort auf. Bereits mit 13 Jahren begann er in lokalen Clubs Gitarre zu spielen und machte sp\u00e4ter seinen Abschluss an der Duke Ellington School of Performing Arts. Seine Karriere nahm schnell Fahrt auf: Er tourte mit K\u00fcnstlern wie Juicy und Peaches & Herb, bevor er zu einem gefragten Session-Gitarristen f\u00fcr Legenden wie Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis und Timbaland wurde. Dabei wirkte er an Alben von Janet Jackson, Mariah Carey, Boyz II Men, Beyonc\u00e9, Michael Jackson und vielen weiteren mit. Mike spielte au\u00dferdem neun Jahre lang Gitarre f\u00fcr Prince, tourte mit Justin Timberlake auf den Touren „Future Sex Love Sounds“ und „The 20\/20 Experience“ und trat mit Stars wie Rihanna, Alicia Keys, Maroon 5 und Leona Lewis auf. Zudem hatte er Auftritte in Fernsehproduktionen wie MTVs „Starmaker“.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
