As this is a manufacturer’s offer, your FSM 432 MK III MIDI Board will be sent directly from Music & Sales P.E. GmbH (Hughes & Kettner’s parent company) to EU countries, Norway and Switzerland only. It will not be shipped to any other countries.

You can buy a new Hughes & Kettner GrandMeister Deluxe 40 from any of the participating official Hughes & Kettner dealers and online dealers, located in the EU countries, Norway or Switzerland between December 01 2018 and January 31 2019, and submit the completed registration form to register by February 15 2019.

Your country of residence is irrelevant as long as the purchase was made at one of the participating dealers within the EU countries, Switzerland and Norway, and the shipping address you have indicated is in one of these countries. Note that we will not be able to send the package to you if the information provided in the mandatory fields is incomplete or incorrect. We can only accept image files that clearly and legibly show the proof of purchase along with the dealer name, product and date of purchase.

The serial number is on the back of your GrandMeister Deluxe 40. Please enter the serial number without the S/N prefix and without spaces; for example, 20284711 rather than S/N 20 28 47 11. If the number on the sticker contains more than 8 digits, please enter only the final eight digits.

The promotion begins on December 1 2018 and ends on January 31 2019. Anyone who fulfils all the necessary requirements and buys a GrandMeister Deluxe 40 within this period from any of the participating official Hughes & Kettner dealers and online dealers, and who registers it at our website, providing all the relevant information no later than February 15 2019, can participate.

You can participate if you buy the product on the final day of the offer (January 31 2019), providing you register by February 15 2019. Registrations submitted after February 15 2019 will not be accepted.

Some dealers grant you a grace period ranging from 14 to 30 days for a return after you purchase your GrandMeister Deluxe 40. When these periods end, we will check with our dealers if the product has been returned or exchanged. If the product has not been exchanged, we will ship out the FSM 432 MK III MIDI Board within two weeks of the end of your grace period. The MIDI Boards will be sent out in two shipments: one shipment will leave Hughes & Kettner headquarters in early January 2019. The second shipment will leave Hughes & Kettner headquarters in mid-February 2019. If your return period ends before early January and we have received your registration, we will send out your FSM 432 MK III MIDI Board with the first shipment. Otherwise, it will go out on the second shipping date.

There are no additional costs or customs duties for shipping the FSM 432 MK III MIDI Board within the EU.

The same goes for shipping to Norway. Norway is part of the European Single Market, and the product’s value exceeds the exemption limits for duties and taxes. This is not the case when shipping to Switzerland. The exemption for Switzerland was lifted on January 1 2018.

Please be advised that every shipment to Switzerland is subject to import duties and 7.7% value-added tax (VAT). Hughes & Kettner will cover the customs duties for shipments to Switzerland. However, tax laws being what they are, we cannot pay the VAT for you. If Swiss customs checks the shipment and contacts you, you will probably be asked to pay the outstanding VAT on this item. This means you will have to settle the government’s VAT bill before customs releases the shipment to you.

Here is what this means to you as the recipient of an FSM 432 MK III MIDI Board in Switzerland: you will be obliged to pay the 7.7% VAT yourself, which comes to around €12 or 14 Swiss francs.
