Josh Rand began on bass at 15 before switching to guitar at 17, inspired by players like Billy Sheehan and Racer X. A longtime friend of Corey Taylor, the two revived Stone Sour in 2001 after playing together in several earlier bands. Rand, a Berklee-trained guitarist, continues to balance his music career with family life and his passion for the Atlanta Falcons.
